Turistično Društvo Šempeter

The “Četina” farm in Spodnje Grušovlje, 1 km from Šempeter, is a dairy farm that also cultivates 60 hectares of farmland. The farm has a herd of 145 cows, 75 of them dairy cows. The farm annually produces 600,000 litres of milk that is sold to a dairy factory. In 2007, the farm was modernized by purchasing an automatic milking system.

Visiting groups can announce for a guided tour of the farm, presenting the automatic milking system.
